Welcome to ITS. By accessing our website, portal, or using our logistics, delivery, warehousing, and shipping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ITS provides logistics solutions, including Cash on Delivery (COD) services, local pick-and-drop, warehousing, international shipping, and digital tracking technology. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update any aspect of our services at any time.

2. Merchant & User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate details regarding sender identity, pickup/delivery addresses, parcel contents, and recipient contact information.

  • Prohibited Items: You agree not to ship illegal substances, dangerous goods, hazardous material, weapons, currency, or items prohibited by local or international law.

  • Packaging: All parcels must be securely packed by the sender to withstand standard transit and handling conditions. ITS is not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Remittance

  • Collection: ITS will collect the specified cash amount from the customer upon delivery as instructed by the merchant.

  • Remittance: Cash collected via COD will be remitted to the merchant according to the agreed payout schedule, minus any applicable service charges, delivery fees, or return fees.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a recipient refuses to pay or accept a COD parcel, the item will be returned to the merchant in accordance with our return policies, and standard return delivery charges may apply.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

  • Delivery Timelines: While ITS strives to meet all estimated delivery schedules, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays caused by weather, traffic, security restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.

  • Restricted Areas: Deliveries to restricted areas (such as Cantonment zones) are subject to local security access approval.

5. Warehousing & Hold Services

  • Items stored in our facilities for warehousing or held at the customer's/merchant's request beyond standard delivery windows may incur storage fees.

  • ITS reserves the right to handle or dispose of unclaimed inventory after a specified holding period, following written notice to the merchant.

6. Liability & Compensation

  • ITS exercises maximum care in handling shipments; however, our liability for loss, damage, or theft during transit is limited to the agreed declared value of the shipment or standard service liability limits.

  • ITS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, consequential damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control (Force Majeure).

7. Account Security

Merchants and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials. Any activity conducted under your ITS account remains your responsibility.

8. Amendments to Terms

ITS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
